The installation disc is one of the key components in the turbocharger nozzle ring. It is the disc-shaped component that carries the adjustable vanes of the gasoline engine.

It is primarily used for:

1.Supporting the guide vane,

2. Collaborating with the toggle disk, drive disk, and associated components to accomplish blade pitch adjustment,

3. In some structures, transmission or positioning components such as shift forks, rollers, limit mechanisms, etc., are also integrated.
